Improv Teaches Dallas Residents to Communicate Clearly and Relieve Stress
The past year has been stressful, and communication skills are more vital than ever in Dallas. This free Zoom workshop teaches residents how to think fast on their feet, relieve stress, and be a great storyteller, all through the magic of improv and deep listening. No previous experience is required, and this event is open to all skill levels.
Improv training gives participants the basis for expanding creative thinking, listening skills and increases the ability to communicate more clearly. During this session, the exercises help individuals release tension, learn to be calm when dealing with uncertainty, embrace working on teams, and level up their skills to bring people together on projects. Most importantly, this class teaches how to be interested rather than trying to be interesting.
