Water Damage – Dallas Residence Stairway

Water damage occurred at this Dallas residence when a leak developed in a second-floor HVAC system air handler. When SERVPRO arrived the carpeting was thoroughly soaked, and there was concern that the subflooring had taken on too much moisture. Sophisticated measuring devices revealed we would be able to dry the subfloor without tearing up the carpeting, so we proceeded to extract the wate3r from the carpeting. We followed that process with drying the affected area with commercial air movers and dehumidification devices.
